Our First Nation community is proud of our history, Ojibway language and culture. In celebration of our heritage, we hold two Pow Wows annually, during the Mother’s Day and Thanksgiving Day weekends, and First Nations Day celebrations on June 21st.

In keeping with our history as “the gathering place” or sharing place and our entrepreneurial spirit, Chippewas of Rama First Nation owns Casino Rama, a facility which attracts over 11,000 visitors daily. The Casino complex includes a 5000-seat Entertainment Centre and 286-room 4-star Hotel, attractions which enhance the tremendous success of the casino. We share the net profits from the complex with all 134 First Nations in Ontario

Our website will assist our members and visitors by providing current event information, contacting our administration and government offices.
